Minipacker consists of a body with a raised rear end forming loading hopper, a shovel sweeping the refuse inside the body which is mounted to the body with top hinges, an ejection / pressing plate moving on rails mounted inside the body and the hydraulic installation powered by the vehicle. Because of the loading hopper being in one piece with the body there will never be any dirty water leaking, and single shovel offers simple and reliable.
All the functions and the load distribution of the equipment are properly arranged to the technical specifications of the chassis on which it is mounted. The equipment is manufactured in serial production principals taking into account the legal regulations. Tank is manufactured from 5 mm. thick sheet steel. Front end is covered with 6 mm. thick convex and dished plate and welded to the body both inside-outside. There are baffle plates made from 4 mm thick sheet steel and mounted inside the body on the reinforcing rings with brass bolts. Tank is mounted on the sub frame at a 5% slope with flexible mounting elements. At the rear, there is an acid resistant rubber gadget of 25-30 shore hardness placed in a full diameter machined steel housing to prevent leaking from the tailgate.
Our scavenger equipment has TSEK quality certificates. The tank capacity of the scavengers changes between 3000 - 15.000 litres according to the capacity of the truck chassis. The vacuum system is provided by the use of a special type air-cooled, electric operating pump with sliding steel blades. The vacuum pump gets its motion from the P.T.O. Depending on the static conditions; the system can suck-in from meters dept and 18 meters distance.

The refuse box is hydraulicpressed and produced to be rear loaded, suitable for loading 150 - 400 - 800 liters containers with 35 seconds press time, 35 - 40 seconds discharge period and 1/3 - 1/6 press ratio. Vacuum tankers are used to transport liquids, mud - slime or phos - phetic waste into the tank with the help of suction hoses. These tankers are manufactured in a standard style with a cylindrical tank on a low frame, a rear cover and a vacuum motor that takes its power from the pto. The tank is welded from inside and outside. There are enough breakwaters along the entire body. The standard production material of the tank is st-37 sheet metal, but st-52 or hardox sheet metal is also produced in accordance with the wishes of our customers. The rear lid is mounted on the body with adjustable hinges, which is easily opened upwards by means of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic hand pump. The rear cover, which is locked with the leakproof seals and the hydraulic system, guarantees 100% sealing. The vacuum pump is mounted on the side of the easy-access chassis and picks up the power from the pto which can be controlled from the driver's cab. The control panel has extra vacuum - meters and emergency valves. There are 2 buoys inside the tank so that the pumps do not absorb too much from the tank capacity.
