Natural (Unsulphured) Apricots; differs from sulphured apricots in colour, the colour of this type changes from light brown to dark brown because these apricots are directly dried under the sunlight without being treated with SO2.

Dried apricots are a type of dried fruit. Apricots (whole, stoned, or halves) are dried to a water content of 22%, either naturally (air or sun drying) or in drying plants. Apricot "slabs", which are made from overripe fruit which has fallen from the tree, are a particularly sweet and distinctive product.
To extend storage life and prevent fermentative browning, which rapidly results in the darkening of the fruit, the apricots are treated with sulfur vapour (sulfur dioxide, SO2).

FR -1202 is a fully automatic salting machine that is designed for salting almost all nuts such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, shelled peanuts, hazelnuts, shelled hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, shelled almonds, pistachios, cashews, yellow chickpeas. This salting machine is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The operator can control various parameters such as product dosage, salt solution supply time, salt solution amount, mixer rotation speed via the touch screen. Dry salt is transported using a spiral conveyor. You can use the spiral conveyor not only for salting but also for different marinating processes. In this salting machine there are two tanks for the brine solution. One of these tanks is to prepare the brine solution and the other is to supply the pre-prepared brine solution. The salted or marinated product can be collected by reversing the boiler rotation direction or from the outlet hopper of the salting machine. The salted or marinated product can be sent to an elevator that can be added to transfer to the next processing stage and to a vibrating unit that can also be added.
