Vessel arrives at the discharge port and Buyer carries out the CIQ/ SGS inspection and upon successful inspection, Buyer pays by MT103 T/T for the full product to the Seller and trans-loading commence. 7. Seller shall transfer Title Ownership to Buyer and also provide the proof of product documents. Send ICPO +CIS. The buyer issuing the documents must be the one making the payment and not third parties.
