DESCRIPTION CC-102 Concrete Hardener is a clear high performance waterborne liquid which being applied to the floor and absorbed into the concrete pores and reacts with the calcium salts effectively making the concrete surface denser and considerably less porous. APPLICATIONS Suitable for improving the quality of concrete floors in factories, warehouse and any other area where hard non-dusting floors are important. SURFACE PREPARATION Surfaces should not have had previous treatments. They should be firm and free from oil, dirt, dust etc. Weak spots should be cut out and filled with CEMCRETEâ??S FLOOR PATCHING. All surfaces to be dry at time of application. MIXING AND APPLICATION Shake or roll drum to thoroughly mix contents. Apply HARDENER to the dry surface using a soft household broom or paint roller. Application should be liberal but it is advisable to brush away unabsorbed pools immediately to avoid the HARDENER forming glassy layers. Allow one day between coats. Two coats are usually sufficient, but a third might be required if the concrete is very porous SPECIMEN FINISH A trial area should be treated on site for the Engineerâ??s or Architectâ??s approval. COVERAGE Depends upon the suction and texture of the surface. Approximately 6m2 / litre/coat.

DESCRIPTION Hydrostatic press stone filmless maintenance agent is a maintenance hybrid comprised of a special kind of Oligomer Silsesquiloxane mixed in a water-based solution, formulated with powerful surfactants attributing to its excellent-resistance properties and a non-yellowing methyl silane hybrid, which reacts with the moisture and CO2 in the air, forming a nonsolvent based resin that penetrates into the substrate heightening its water proofing ability. Its ability to penetrate deep into the concrete, as deep as 3~5m/m, distinguishes it from other products on the market. Moreover, it can cause a chemical reaction with alkaline materials that produces crystals inside the concrete, that can fill and block the micro-vein within the concrete so as to reach the waterproof effect in depth; thus, the longevity of the building can be extended. APPLICATION Water, anti-pollutants and anti-weathering resistance for various surfaces such as: tiles, gaps between tiles, terra cotta, calcium silicate board , plasterboard ,bricks,concrete, natural and process stone, stone carving, stone washing, stone smoothening, stone cutting,sidewalks, parking plywood.
