Composition:Corn gluten powder, also known as corn gluten powder, is made of corn crude starch milk by wet grinding process of corn kernels, which is made by hydrolysis, separation, concentration, fermentation and drying. Its protein content is 20%~ 70%, which is a protein raw material with great potential for development.It consists mainly of corn gluten and contains small amounts of starch and fiber.Protein exists in pig gastrointestinal as soluble protein and insoluble protein, insoluble protein is easy to combine with other macromolecular organic matter or trace elements, not easy to be absorbed by animals, almost all excreted by animals, is the composition of fecal dry matter.Starch contains resistant starch and chronic starch. Resistant starch is not easy to be hydrolyzed by amylase in the digestive tract. After absorbing water, the viscosity of resistant starch increases, affecting the peristalsis of chyme and the digestion and absorption of nutrients.The fiber component of corn gluten meal is composed of NSP and lignin.The content and species structure of NSP affect the digestion and absorption of the diet to some extent, and also affect the utilization and excretion of nitrogen.
Soybean meal is used in food and animal feeds, principally as a protein supplement, but also as a source of metabolizable energy. The soybean meal is produced from the residue left after oil extraction. This product is often fed as a protein supplement for domestic ruminants. A highly palatable feedstuff, soybean meal is characterized by a high protein content (from 43 to 53%) and a low crude fibred content (less than 3% for the dehulled soybean meals). It has a very good amino acid balance and contains high amounts of lysine, tryptophane, threonine and isoleucine, which are often lacking in cereal grains. Amino acid digestibility is also very high.
