Qty: 500mt trial, annual contract 1000mt / month or more.
The payment must be 100% guaranteed through SBLC, DLC, or non-transferable DLC, issued by ranked among the top 50 in the world with a validity of 365 days plus one month. The 100% payment will be made via MT103/TT within one banking day after receipt of the shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading and the SGS report at the destination port, in US Dollars (USD).
Procedures:
1) Seller issues FCO with product specification and details
2) Buyer issues ICPO to the seller together with the signatory's passport
3) Buyer shall present proof of fund in order to seller present proof of product (video with buyer's name and date)
4) Seller issues draft SPA
5) Buyer and Seller sign SPA
6) Seller provides an invoice for draft LC
7) Buyer issues draft LC MT199 swift verbiage to the seller's bank
8) Seller presents past performance
9) The buyer will issue the final LC after confirmation from the seller 's bank
10) Seller issues 2%PB to the buyer
11) Seller will invite buyer to visit the warehouse for inspection
12) Goods will be delivered to the port of loading; the seller and buyer will conduct an SGS inspection before loading at the seller's cost
13) On arrival of the goods at the destination port, the buyer will again do the SGS inspection and make the payment against shipping documents
and after inspection via MT via TT and against the defined LC
Seller provides after transaction:
i) Product inspection report
ii) Export permit
111) Custom declaration
iv) % insurance
v) Certificate of origin
vi) Packing list
vii) goods ownership certificate
viii) Vessels details
ix) Commercial invoice
x) Bill of Lading
We invite interested buyers to submit LOI and its purchase orders for prompt contract facilitation and export.
