Grape seed flour is a 100% natural flour made from grape seeds after the oil has been extracted using a cold-pressing process. The special characteristic of grape seed flour is its high OPC value (oligomeric proanthocyanidin complexes - vegetable substance with a high anti-oxidant effect).
