Grape seed flour is a 100% natural flour made from grape seeds after the oil has been extracted using a cold-pressing process. The special characteristic of grape seed flour is its high OPC value (oligomeric proanthocyanidin complexes - vegetable substance with a high anti-oxidant effect). Grape seed flour is very rich in fiber and suitable for a gluten-free diet, it can therefore be used for many applications such as baking cakes, bread, pizza, pancakes etc. Grape seed flour it is mainly used for the following applications: food supplements, functional food, cosmetics (for creams, scrubs, masks).
