Organic Papua New Guinea (PNG) PSC Arabica Green Coffee Beans
Bright citric acidity, nice full body, butterscotch, cinnamon, milk chocolate, sweet, hints of orange and spice, solid coffee flavor, soft but lasting finish.
So far we like this roasted to solid American (medium, preferred) well into Full City (dark enough to enjoy a light bittersweet note without completely losing the nature of the bean).

Discovered to be one of the oldest places on Earth for farming, the people of the Waghi Valley have been planting and harvesting food for about 9,000 years.

These are nice size beans, very clean, and easy to roast even for Beginners. You should be able to hear both Cracks with most roasting methods or use color to determine the roast level as they have been producing nice even roasts.
