HOUSING: We manufactures Open and flush type distribution panels, carrying 25% extra space for future extension, with appropriate rated bus-bar and equipped with the following
accessories.Earth bars, Neutral Bars, Door grounding, Phase indication Light, Gas kit,
Molding plate etc.
GAUGE: Housing sizes less then 1000 mm x 600 mm sheet steel it will be 1.5 mm thick and other higher sizes will be 2.0mm thick
DOORS: Flush or raised type, removable push locks with or without key. Grounding wire coupled with flexible copper strip and fixed with gas kit.
COVERS: Easily removable from all sides for servicing
HINGE: Visible or hidden type
COMPONENTS: All miniatures circuit breakers are mounted on din type rail.
CONTROL WIRING: Control wiring with single core 1.5 mm for volt meter and 1.5mm for current transformer flexible cable in black color, Fuse links 6 Amps on each phase with mark of identification BUS-BARS: 5% higher then rated with the main protection device.
COLOR: DBS Protected with Powder Coating, generally (RAL-7032) or as per architecture Requirement.
WINDOW : For incoming and out going cables, there is a provision of window at top and bottom.
TESTING: All DBs and Panels finally tested with line volts, insulation and load tested before delivery.
