The DURFO SET 1200 monoblock is designed to fill jars and bottles with thick products and cap with twist-off closures.
Electrowelded stainless steel base-frame placed on 4 adjustable supports (in alternative placed on wheels).
All the machine operations (filling, capsule distribution, capsule closure) are achieved on a big sized central starwheel.
Machine to be included in a production line, supplied without chain and drive motor.

1. Structure
Polished rod stuffing box is made up of cross shell, seal gate valves, sealing pin, sealing cap, rubber packing, etc. The bottom could be connected in thread, flange, clamp. The device could reduce the wear of the polished rod, increase oil recovery.

3. Installation and usage
(1) Before installation, user shall inspect the device comprehensively and clean it.
(2) Pay attention to the size of polished rod is conform to the valve specifications.
(3) When installation, adjust seal compression force till not leak. If the force is too big, the service lift will decrease.
(4) Every time adjust the force, user shall adjust in tiny range.
