Medikar q-click terminal units consist of three main parts : a) base block (1st fix), b) cartridge and c) main body (2nd fix). A) Base block (1st fix) : made of forged brass and has a maintenance valve inside. It is tested under 10 bar pressure and contains gas specific pins and patented q-click mechanism. Inlet can be supplied by either brazed copper tube or brazed nist connector depending on the installation place. B) Cartridge : made of machined brass ; contains check valve which is the same for all gas types but differs according to the standard applied. C) Main body (2nd fix) : this is the part which makes our difference from other gas outlets. It consists of a locking mechanism, an indexing part for gas and standard differentiation and identification plate.
