What is Konjac?
It is also called JURUO in China, is herbaceous perennial belonging to Araceae. Its major composition is glucomannan contained in its tuber. It has high viscosity and transparency, and can be quickly dissolved.

They are mainly made of natural soluble fiber-Konjac Gum, which is low carb, low calories, low glycemic but rich in dietary fiber.
