Non Woven Fabrics are broadly defined as sheet or web structures bonded together by entangling fiber or filaments (and by perforating films) mechanically, thermally or chemically. PP Spun bonded Non woven Fabrics are produced using a precise extrusion-based technology. The polymer is stretched into a continuous filament and loosely spread onto a conveyor belt to form the web. Air is used to form and lay the fabric filaments. On the other hand, some non woven fabrics can be recycled after use, given the proper treatment and facilities. For this reason, Non woven fabrics is consider as a more ecological fabric for certain applications, especially in fields and industries where disposable products are important, such as hospitals, schools, nursing homes, hotels and luxury accommodations.

Tire cord fabrics are used as reinforcement for all categories of tyres - be it cycle, passenger car, light commercial vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, tractor and off-the-road (OTR) tyres. It has the entire range of textile reinforcement including wicking and non-wicking chafer for heavy-duty tyres and tubeless radial tyres.
EFB ( Empty Fruit Bunch ) Fibre or Palm Fibre or Peat Fiber is produced from the Oil Palms vascular bundlesin the Empty Fruit Bunch ( EFB ). When the FFB ( Fresh Fruit Bunch ) is processed, the by product is Mesocarp Fiber and EFB Fiber. The Mesocarp fiber is reused by the Palm Oil Mill and the EFB Fiber is sold. EFB Fiber is 100% natural, non-hazardous, biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Two main uses of Empty Fruit Bunches are for mulching purposes in Plantation and as fuel for electricity generation. EFB fibers have more uses, namely, 1) Animal Feed supplement for cattle, goats, sheep, 2) Rich source of organic fertilizer for farming, 3) Excellent mulching material for young plants, seedlings and landscaping, 4) Raw Material for Composite Board Manufacture, 5) Alternative Boiler Fuel in the form of fiber or Pellets , amongst others. EFB is becoming a popular source of fuel for renewable energy ( RE ) power generation. The main achievement for using biomass based RE power generation is the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions ( GHG ).
