The machine has been designed for the transformation and forming of food dough for the pastry productions industry. Is able to transform dough consisting mainly flour, sugar backing powder flavorings like cheese , ketchup, thymeà. These dough are transformed by the BREADSTICK MACHINE into different products according to the kind of form applied to the working head and the different dimensions, according to the selected working cycle. The machine is made by tubular stainless steel frame work with outside panels housing the machine compartment and hiding the inside actuating components. These are piloted by an electromechanical control system for managing working parameters. The parts which are in contact with the product to be processed are made of materials that fit for the food industry applications or in stainless steel. The machine interface with the user by means of a panel for setting work-cycles, a regulating system for the range of mechanical changes required by the various products to be processed. The breadstick machine is provided with a tray stacking tank and a load belt supplying the machine with the dough to be worked.
