Seller issues an SPA Sale & Purchase Agreement. 3. Buyer reviews, signs, and returns Purchase Contract within three (3) business days. The Buyer issues the SBLC in favor of the Seller and remits the SBLC MT760 to the bank designated by the Seller within five (5) business days following the signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
