This matcha latte is made with 100% of Satoen's own matcha. Satoen's special recipe for this latte achieves the rich, full-bodied falvor of premium matcha with the soft, mellow, sweetness of milk. In addition to its delicious taste, you will enjoy the health benefits of the tea leaves themselves, such as vitamins and catechins.

The tea leaves are grown in shade of the sun and then matured at our factory. Once autumn arrives, the leaves are carefully ground into matcha.

powdered green tea can be drank every day and suppresses the rise in postprandial blood glucose levels. It is approved by the Japanese Consumer Affairs Agency. When consumed with meals, corn-derived dietary fiber "non-digestible dextrin" inhibits the absorption of sugar (glucose) in the small intestine and calms the rapid rise in blood blocose levels after meals.

Fresh leaves cultivated with a cover that blocks sunlight are made into at our own factory, aged until the fall of the following year, and then carefully ground to make Matcha.
