Camisana produces organic and silicone rubber balls for the major and qualified manufacturers of vibrating screens and screens, providing them with a product specific to their customer's needs. In the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry the balls are printed with appropriate materials, FDA certified and after their production they are ground and sanitized. Thus in the plastics, wood and recycling industries, in the metal and glass, ceramics, sand and minerals industries, every application requires cleaning balls with optimal characteristics: rebound, antistatic, wear, corrosion, load and temperature resistance.
We produce printed sheets in sizes 300X300 and 500X500 with different heights with EPDM, NBR, SILICONE, VITON or any other elastomer in the required hardnesses and colours.
It is a high quality enamel with a modified silicone resin base, which allows you to renew all surfaces normally exposed to high temperatures. Heat resistant up to 300 C-700 C (check the Technical data sheet). Application: parts of heaters, stoves, ovens, chimney flues, barbecues, fire screens, motorcycle mufflers, etc. don't expose in direct contact with flames. Important: to obtain an optimal and long lasting result it is necessary for the painted parts to be exposed even if only once, to a temperature of at least 180 ' C; any less will make the hardening and adhesion of the enamel only partial. Clean carefully the surface before application and shake vigorously the can. After use, it's advisable to spray for 2/3 seconds with the spray upside down, to avoid the block of the nozzle. The high percentage of fat acids. (80%) and the addition of tuscan extra virgin olive oil in the phase of finish of the soap makes this delicate product to a daily ally for the care. And the personal hygiene. The high qualitative standard of production is constantly controlled in our laboratories of analysis. The soap is totally biodegradable and isn't tested on animals. The presence of the tuscan extra virgin olive oil enriches further the soap and makes it even more moistening and nutritious for the skin. The creamy and not aggressive foam cleans in effective but delicate manner. The precious essences with which the scent is composed are the results of many years of studies on the good perfumes of the tradition.
