The DURFO SET 1200 monoblock is designed to fill jars and bottles with thick products and cap with twist-off closures.
Electrowelded stainless steel base-frame placed on 4 adjustable supports (in alternative placed on wheels).
All the machine operations (filling, capsule distribution, capsule closure) are achieved on a big sized central starwheel.
Machine to be included in a production line, supplied without chain and drive motor.

PRODUCTIVITY (with 500 gr. jar): 1.200 pcs.

Consisting of:

VOLUMETRIC PNEUMATIC DOSING UNIT
- for liquid and dense products (honey, jam, mayonnaise, sauces, creams, etc.)
- adjustable from 20 a 680 cc with micrometer screw
- pneumatically-operated 3-way double buffer valve
- anti-dripping pneumatic device

CAPSULES DISPENSER
* magnetic orienting / feeding bowl for twist-off caps
* stainless steel chute, adjustable to fit different caps sizes, with pick-up head
* sensor detecting the lack of capsules on the chute

AUTOMATIC CAPPING UNIT
+ automatic capsule distribution
