54% magnetite iron ore of South African Origin (Transvaal Region). 20 million tons are already processed and stockpiled; this material will depart from Maputo Port in Mozambique. Additionally, this has a TiO2 range of 10%-12%. We prefer to sell on a FOB basis.

Commodity profile
Iron is the second most abundant metal in the earthâ??s crust (after aluminium). The iron ores, which are mainly the oxides, are reduced to iron with carbon (coke) at high temperatures in a blast furnace. Over 97% of this is converted directly to steel without even being allowed to solidify after leaving the furnace in which it is made. A relatively small amount is used as cast iron and wrought iron.
Iron ore is a key commodity and vital product portfolio for Berium Group. As rapidly growing suppliers of iron ore from South Africa, our approach is to lift the ore from where it is produced in South Africa and deliver it directly to industrial end users or trading houses in Asia and Europe where it is demanded.
Our offer for iron ore is priced off the main price indices. Berium Group is also able to supply niche products such as the iron ore pellets and fines for foundries, iron additives and ferroalloys.
Iron Ore Grades
Berium Group has reliable long term access and can assure steadfast supply of 64.5% Fe Base, 62% Fe Base, 58.3% Fe Base and 58.0 % Fe Base grades of iron ore. However the Fe% of every shipment may vary. If the iron ore shipped is at a higher or lower percentage than the Fe % Contracted Base, then the price paid for the shipment will escalate or reduce in accordance to the percentage of Fe in the ore that is actually supplied
Air Vent Head can be called as air pipe head, is used for the ventilation of the oil tank or water tank on the vessel.

Function of Air Vent Head:
Air Vent Head (Air Pipe Head) is check valve used for the ventilation system of oil tank or water tank. It keeps the tank pressure as the design pressure by breathing or inhaling. When the pressure is high, it breathes. When the pressure is low, it inhales. And it also have the function of preventing the sea water, rain, insect, mouse and spark into the tank.

Hot-rolled steel channels
This type of channel is produced according to GOST 535-88 with parallel flanges and sloping flanges: 10, 10P and etc. The slope of inner flanges must not exceed 10%. Assortment of the steel hot-rolled channel corresponds to GOST 8240-89. The number of the channel corresponds to its size (distance between the inner flanges) expressed in cm. For example: Channel #10 - distance between the inner flanges equals 10cm. All other parameters: flange width, wall thickness and etc. according to GOST.
Channel that has letter A at the end of the number (14A) is a channel with sloping inner flanges, it means the flanges are wider and hence the weight of each meter is larger than ordinary channel. There are special types of hot-rolled channel:
special channel for automotive industry - GOST 19425-74 (18S, 20S); special channel for wagon production - GOST 5267.1-90 (8W, 14W, 18W).
I-BEAM- double flanged - this type of products include hot rolled double flanged beams (I-beams), produced according to GOST 535-88.
I-Beams are separated into several types:
I-Beams with parallel flanges
normal (20B, and etc.)
wide flanges (20Sh and etc.)
column (20K and etc.)
I-Beams with sloping edges of flanges
normal (edge slope 6-12%) GOST 8239-89 (â??10, 12, 16 and etc.)
Assortment of such I-Beams corresponds to GOST 8239-89. Special (M and C):
M - for hanging rails (edge slope not more than 12%): 18M, 24M, 30M and etc.;
C - for reinforcement of mine shafts (edge slope not more than 16%): 14S, 20S and etc.
Assortment of such double flanged beams corresponds to GOST 19425-74. The number of the I-beam is its conventional size (height) in cm.
Assortment corresponds to GOST 8509-93. Precision classes:
A - high precision;
B - ordinary precision.
The number of equal flange steel corresponds to flange width, expressed in mm. For example: Angle 25 -flange width 25mm. All other sizes (wall thickness and etc.) according to GOST (shown in the table of GOST book of reference).
Hot-rolled flat bar - the most sought-after type of strip. Distinguish rolled dimensional (length 0.6 and 1.2 m), a multiple of the measured length and unmeasured (length 0.2 - 0.6 m). At the same time, a bar with a thickness of up to 4.5 mm is produced with a width of all sizes provided for by GOST. In accordance with GOST 103-76, the size of this product may vary in the range:length - 2-10m; width - 20 200 mm;thickness - 4 - 40 mm.
The material of manufacture and the range of the round bar in accordance with GOST 2590-2006, where the bar can be made of steel of the following grades: carbon (St3, St20, St35, St45); low alloyed (Steel 40X, Steel 40XH); high-alloyed (08 18 10, 38XH3MA, 40 2 14 17 2 and others), high-speed (U7; U7A; U8A)
Thermally strengthened periodically profiled steel rods of the diameter 6-40mm - the so called thermic is used for the construction of strategic reinforced concrete structures, GOST 10884-81. According to the standard this rebar is made out of these types of steel:
AtIII - St (sp, ps);
AtIV, AtIVK - 20GS, 25G2S, 35GS, 28S, 10GS2, 08G2S, 25S2P;
AtV(K and SK) - 20GS, 20GS2, 08G2S, 10GS2, 28S, 25G2S, 35GS, 25S2R, 20HGS2;
