1. AS SERIES - Recommended for wide range of applications; A-type gravure inks, vinyl plastisols, organisols, vinyl coated fabric, paper coatings, screen inks, paints, plastics and crayons with melt temperatures less than 190 degree C.
2. PS SERIES - Recommend to use in applications of polar gravure inks, PVC plastisols, paper coatings, PVC screen inks, crayons.
3. FA SERIES - Recommend to use polar solvent systems, paint, PVC screen inks, and PVC plastisols that contain cyclohexanone and other strong polar solvent systems, also useful in water based latex systems where long term shelf-life is required.
4. ZQ SERIES - High temperature resistant & Formaldehyde-free! Lower mold plateout, melt-in, best tinting strength, superior brightness, increased plastic compatibility, fade resistant and excellent heat stability in injection molded plastics to compare with other thermoplastic fluorescent pigment products. The maximum temperature in process is up to 300 degree C.

MAIN BLOWING MACHINE
SIEMENS PLC controller. FESTO hydraulic elements, valves and pipes. MISHUBICH VVVF motor. The mould clamping system design is adopted by the advanced toggled lock design producing strong clamping force. The mould thickness can be adjusted by gear-turned belt automatically. On the blowing base of machine, an automatic moving device is assembled.
PREHEATER
The preheater is an infrared heater. When the preforms being heated in the infrared heater by circulation movement, they can also be rotating independently. Inside the preheater, there are 22 holding heads for the preforms and 12 infrared pipes providing 12 zones of different heating temperature. It ensures accurate temperature at each zone pipe without fluetuation, guarantee high percentage of perfect end products
