Individual Straw Wrapping Machine By Film & Auto Packing Machine :
This machine is designed to wrap the straight or flexible straw in pre-printed opp film with belted form and cut individually, and pack the 30 pcs or 50 pcs of wrapped straw with pillow type of polybag automatically. Someone whoever looking for labour cost down and automatic line will be right choice. Specification of machine will be provided by request of individual customer.
This machine is designed to wrap the straw same as above, but the wrapping style and machine system is absolutely different with above one. Wrapping material is pre-printed film instead of paper and the sealing method is only heat sealing with serrated cut individually. Automatic counter unit equipped on conveyor line counts the number of wrapped straws and separate 100 pcs/200 pcs.Etc by pre-setting unit count. Also there is easy-open cut on top of wrapped film to take out straw from pocket with easiness and convenience.
This machine is designed to make corrugation on straight straw tube with forming die & spindle. There are two types of flexible straw making machine in the market which is low speed & high speed. Low speed machine has 12 pcs of spindle and high speed machine has 52 spindles. The production capacity of high speed machine is twice higher than low-speed machine. The available range of straw length from machine is usually 180 240 mm and 210 240 mm by adjusting machine itself (no conversion kit required), but not allowed diameter range. Only one size diameter is available. Length range can be adjustable depends on market request.
