PHB - Twin Shaft Bevel Helical Geared Motor is optimized for power density to achieve the highest rating at the smallest possible dimensions. But because high power density also means increased thermal load, the new products are provided as standard with various cooling options. Efficiency is further enhanced through the use of high-grade lubricants and sealings. Another advantage is the wide range of mounting possibilities: The units can be mounted on any side, directly to the motor flange or to the output flange, greatly simplifying their installation. Because these gear units can be mounted on any side, additional equipment, such as integrated or external forced lubrication or oil expansion tanks are available as accessories. We also offers tailored solutions for specific applications. Our standard range includes reinforced bearing arrangement or extended bearing distance for high radial load or agitator applications, backstops for single-direction applications such as conveyors or elevators, brakes for hoisting or moving applications, and shrink disks for alternating loads. Special solutions for extruder applications are provided for each size and ratio.
TK - Bevel Helical Geared Motor are bevel gearboxes with monoblock housing. They are intended for applications requiring higher efficiency and strength. Their input and output shafts are perpendicular to each otherBevel gearboxes can have a maximum of three stages in a single housing. Larger sizes are available only with three stages in a monoblock housing. A higher number of transmission ratios (up to six) can be implemented through the use of additional housings.
TR - Inline Helical Geared Motor have a one-piece (monoblock) housing, which has advantages in terms of rigidity, oil leakage, noise level and gear strength. The high gear quality achieved with modern manufacturing technologies is supplemented with housings made of GG20-22 material. TR - Inline Helical Geared Motor are easy to mount and flexible in usage. Depending on customer requirements direct or IEC B5 or B14 motor connections are available. All models are foot-mounted and have two or three stages in a single housing

Introduction
Grade 310 is a medium carbon austenitic stainless steel, for high temperature applications such as furnace parts and heat treatment equipment. It is used at temperatures up to 1150°C in continuous service, and 1035°C in intermittent service. Grade 310S is a low carbon version of grade 310.
Applications of Grade 310/310S Stainless Steel
Typical Applications Grade 310/310S is used in fluidised bed combustors, kilns, radiant tubes, tube hangers for petroleum refining and steam boilers, coal gasifier internal components, lead pots, thermowells, refractory anchor bolts, burners and combustion chambers, retorts, muffles, annealing covers, saggers, food processing equipment, cryogenic structures.
Properties of Grade 310/310S Stainless Steel
These grades contain 25% chromium and 20% nickel, making them highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion. Grade 310S is a lower carbon version, less prone to embrittlement and sensitisation in service. The high chromium and medium nickel content make these steels capable for applications in reducing sulphur atmospheres containing H2S. They are widely used in moderately carburising atmospheres, as encountered in petrochemical environments. For more severe carburising atmospheres other heat resisting alloys should be selected. Grade 310 is not recommended for frequent liquid quenching as it suffers from thermal shock. The grade is often used in cryogenic applications, due to its toughness and low magnetic permeability.
In common with other austenitic stainless steels, these grades cannot be hardened by heat treatment. They can be hardened by cold work, but this is rarely practiced.
