Tropical Foil Characteristics
Gold tropical aluminum foil is mainly for high-end medicine packing. Comparing with traditional SP composited bag, tropical foil can be directly heat-sealing with PVC to provide a double-barrier protection from light, gas, steam and oxygen.
Tropical foil can be printed while usually embossing pattern are more common. Tropical foil uses 8021 Soft temper aluminum which is easy to be shaped. Its upper layer, PA, can prevent the bubble shaping from being broken.
PVC is a plasticizer free, calendared rigid film. It is available in a wide range of colors and thickness. PVC offers a potent chemical resistance and optimized protection. It works best on standard blister packing machines.As a manufacturer, we provide blister pvc film specification customization for our customers.

Blister Aluminum Foil is a kind of coated aluminum foil, used for cover lidding foil in pharma industry. It provides excellent properties such as of anti-oxygen, moisture-proof, leak-proof, carry-home, anti-pollution, etc.
Adopting hard anodized aluminum as cover material, blister foil is easy to break aluminum foil to take out the drugs by pushing the cover. Adopting heat-seal coating material, which cannot be stripped, PTP blister foil can be bonded with all kinds of plastic-based materials.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Alu Alu foil can accept printing, maximum 2 color printing. Mostly company logo and company name as the blister bubble will twist the word shapes so it is not suitable for multiple color printing.
For the base color of alu alu foil, there are silver and gold. The bubble size is applicable for capsule size from 00# to 0#.

Cold forming aluminum foil, or we can short as alu alu foil, is with good material features. The smooth surface and shinny color will enrich the packing of medicine inside. Also with good protection from oxygen and steam.
Tubing head is a spool with flange top, flanged bottom and two side outlets. It also can be called tubing spool. Top flange is equipped with lock screws to fix tubing hanger. Tubing head is installed on top of casing head, which consists of body housing and tubing hanger. It can hang tubing string and seal the annular space between tubing and production casing. Our company can manufacturer tubing head with standard structure, which includes tubing hanger installed on the cone of body housing. Tubing hanger can be tapped with BPV thread as per request.
