Furnace rolls made by HEXIN ;, the rolls are normally for heat treatment furnace,continuous furnace, roller hearth furnace, walking beam furnace, CAL(continuous annealing line),CGL(continuous galvanizing line), to provide support for the slab or sheets or strips so that they could move through the furnace as requested, with operating temperatures up to ;C. our main products includes: sink rolls and arms for galvanizing lines, immersed and stabilizing rolls and arms, defector rolls, hot bridle rolls, water cooled hearth rolls, guide rollers, bushes and sleeves for continuous galvanizing lines. Owing to some small foundries or trading companies exporting less-quality rolls, some international steel mills might have bad impression with the casting rolls from China, actually, there are indeed some bad players who focus only on profit margin, they quote super lower price to get the order on one way, after they getting the order, they will use cheaper dirty raw materials to cut down the cost, finally they will get bad quality , like cracks, shorter life of the rolls.But from HEXIN, you will never get bad quality castings nor rolls, radiant tubes, because we believe to do the BEST or nothing, we will never offer less-quality castings, we care about the customers benefits and the long building reputation of us.( sink rolls, immersed and stabilizing rolls for furnaces.)

The roller sizes range from OD.60MM to OD.1600MM(2.36 to 63inch), according to customer design. To guarantee the perfect performance of each roller we made, we control the quality from raw material inspect PMI ,chemical composition controlled by Spectrometer, pressure testing for the barrel tube, eddy current test, CNC machining, grinding the surface to Ra.0.1 max.,dye penetrant test, dynamic balancing, static balancing,etc., We take care of each step of each components of the furnace, and we also care about the safety delivery of the rollers, so we have our own designed package to guarantee the rollers can reach you with perfect quality through the long way of shipping.
