Lc 141 is single product treatment designed to prevent Scale deposits and corrosion to ferrous and non-ferrous Surfaces in hot water heating systems and chilled closed Loops. It passivates the surfaces and forms a barrier layer to Inhibit corrosion. It is a synergistic combination of Phosphonates, polymers and phosphate. Application Easily feed/injected directly into the system by means of a chemical by Pass feeder. Dosage Initial treatment is 1 gallon per 1, 000 gallons of water in the system. There After add lc 141 to maintain a level of 25-35 ppm (mg/l) of Orthophosphate. Handling & precaution It is highly alkaline and should be handled with care to prevent personal Injury. Protective clothing and eye protection should be provided and worn. In case of skin contact , immediately flush thoroughly with plenty of clean Water. In case of eye contact, flush with copious amounts of water for 15 Minutes and obtain immediate medical attention. Packaging Available in pail of 20 lt.. Can also be custom packaged.
