The Xaar 1003 Ceramics printhead family introduces an important new feature the XaarGuard which provides the ultimate in nozzle plate protection, and coupled with other design innovations, achieves the longest maintenance-free production runs in the industry once per shift, or less. In addition, the new Xaar 1003 GS6C provides a step forward inconsistent print quality across the wide print widths used for large tile, thanks to Xaarâ??s Tuned Actuator Manufacturing. The Xaar 1003 GS6C printhead is fully backward compatible with Xaar 1002C and 1001C based ceramic printers.
