Perforation make full free air rating of cable ,Higher current flow can be achieved at the same cross section , Over heating and consecutive damaging of cable is avoided ,coupler holes in side guarantees easy connecting of cable trays to each other ,Cable trays can be manufactured in Hot Dip Galvanized Finish(Galvanizing As Per Is-2626),Pre-Galvanized Finish(Material As Per Is-277),Powder Coating Finish(Powder Coating As Per Is-101),Stainless Steel Grade-As Per 316 , 304 & In Aluminium-Commercial Grade Finish.
These perforated cable trays are offered in different types, generally fabricated in mild steel. As per the client's requirements, we can customize our perforated cable tray range in following modes :
Grey color enamel paint or powder coat.
Fabrication in pre - galvanized steel or hot dip galvanized.
CRONAGE offers a wide range of Industrial Cable Glands for outdoor and indoor use. The Cable Glands meet the performance requirements of BS 6121: Part I / BS EN 50262 and are manufactured in Brass to BS 2874 standard. Cable Glands are made in standard Brass (BS 2874) or in alternative materials like Aluminium (BS 1474) and Stainless Steel (A2/A4).
Finishes : Cable Glands are generally supplied in natural Brass finish. Other finishes like Electro-Tin, Nickel and Cadmium can be provided.
Entry Threads: Cable Glands are normally supplied with ISO Metric threads to BS 3643 part 2 ISO 68 / 965 series. A constant pitch of 1.5 mm is used up to and including 75 mm thread size. Alternative entry threads like PG / NPT / ET etc. are also available.
Earthing / Grounding : Electrical continuity is normally achieved through the screwed entry into metal boxes. Where earth short circuit protective equipment demands positive earth connection, a range of integral earth glands can be provided.
