Fully Drawn Yarn or FDY is a variety of Highly drawn filament and is widely processed in manufacturing of fabrics and other textile needs. The process of manufacturing FDY is quite similar to POY except for the fact that while drawing, the speed is at much higher spinning speeds than POY.
