DESCRIPTION:
Commercial Grade Neoprene rubber blended with natural rubber is a general-purpose sheet for most commercial applications. This grade of rubber is used as a barrier or gasket material and can also be used inside rooms for sandblasting and impact resistance for industrial needs. Commercial Grade Neoprene rubber sheet / roll are moderately resistance to oil, sunlight, ozone and oxidation material providing abrasion resistance, repeated flexing applications, wide temperature range (excellent cold temperature flexibility) and has a physical toughness.
APPLICATIONS:

General purpose sheets / rolls resist moderate oil & heat resistance, fungus resistance, flame retardancy, acid & alkali resistance, sunlight aging & heat resistance up to 100°C. These rolls will handle most tough industrial environments and moderate to heavy alkaline and chemical resistive situations. The temperature ranges from (-30°C to +100°C) in operation condition.

Nitrile Rubber is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Nitrile rubber sheets are mainly used as oil & solvent resistance as it has good tensile strength, low compression set, flexibility & impermeability to gases. These sheets are very good resistance to petroleum based products having recommended for operating temperature from (-20°C to +110°C).
APPLICATIONS:

PROPERTY:
Very good resistance to petroleum based fluid goods & high temperature resistance up to 110°C.
Very low-level permeability to gases. Poor ozone resistance.

APPLICATIONS:
EPDM rubber sheets are highly used for industrial & outdoor application like weather strips, drinking water applications, rain water sealing, protection against sunlight & heat gaining as a roofing membrane & acid resistance applications. Also useful as a liner in pulverizing system.

Butyl Rubber sheet / roll are a very low permeability to air & other gases. These sheets have excellent resistance to sunlight, ozone & oxidation. The operating temperature resistivity ranges from (-30°C to +110°C). It is resistant to most inorganic products and best resistance to mineral acids & alkaline.
APPLICATIONS:
These sheets / rolls are used for Chemical tank lining, Pharmaceutical stoppers, Acid protective clothing & many more applications.
PROPERTY:
Very good resistance to acids & alkalis. Very good for low resilience applications like shock absorber & vibration dampers. Not recommended its use in applications where resistance to oils & hydrocarbons is required.

Diaphragm Rubber sheets are manufactured by inserting 1 ply & 2 ply Nylon Fabric used as Diaphragms for wide variety of applications specifically for Oil, LPG & solvent resistant applications.
