The gloves packed initially in the wallets, which are made with medical grade poster paper of 45GSM.
Walletted gloves are packed in the pouches which are of printed PE medical grade paper of GSM 75 in the top and grid lacquer of GSM 70 or backtite paper of 60 GSM in the bottom using automatic packing machine.
Pouched packed gloves are packed in 3 ply inner carton. The inner carton dimension and GSM are designed based on the pack types. The inner cartons are packed in the master carton as per customer requirements.
The design and GSM of the master carton are based on the quantity of pairs packed in the cartons. The fully packed master cartons are taped with BOPP tape.

Its elasticity is good but less superior as compared to natural rubber. It is generally more costly than natural rubber gloves.
