All these products are tailored as per our clients' needs and requirements. We have inhouse facility to process finishes like natural paving, tumbled paving, calibrated paving, sawn paving, shotblasted paving, sandstone cobbles, sandstone circles, and other features. We also manufacture and supply exclusive "bespoke & carved" products. We supply to wholesalers, architects, builders, landscapers and have been catering to small and large projects globally. The stone surface finishes supplied by us are natural, honed (half and full), polished, antique, brushed, Sand blasted, shot blasted, flamed, bull nosed, rebated, rock faced, bush hammered, leather finish etc. They are either hand dressed or machine cut on sides and natural or calibrated (gauged) on bottom.
Packaging of construction stones such as slate are to be done with utmost care. Stones are understood to be hard in nature but before customer get's his hand in them, they have been subjected to harse treatment as they travel miles through rough seas. Hence it is fundamental and essential that they are securly packed to surpass all the harsh treatment. In order to protect these stones from breakage or even damage (like straining etc.) our dedicated packaging team ensures the right procesures while packing stones in wooden crates. Every crate which leaves our facility has a crate number burned into the wood along with a label which clearly displays the crate's content, crate number, size, number of pieces and colour. The material is packed in wooden boxes / pallets generally made up of Eucalyptus / Mango wood. Then the crates are treated chemically and are fumigated before dispatch. Personal care is taken in brazing and latching the crates to avoid damage during transit. The wooden boxes are finally wrapped in a water proof plastic to avoid any exposure to sun, water or cold.
Copper slag is a by-product produced during
the smelting of copper, which is then processed into
abrasive products. Typically it is composed of Ferro
silicate material and oxides formed when the
molten slag is quenched in cold water. This cooling
process fractures the slag into coarse, angular particles
making it an ideal choice in many applications. It is a
low-cost expendable abrasive suited for open blast
cleaning and due to its low silica content, it does not
pose the health hazards created by silica sand. Its
sharp, hard particles can provide a fast cleaning action
and an excellent surface profile. Applications of Copper
Slag include abrasive blasting, building materials,
landfilling, road construction, abrasive tools, cutting
tools, tiles, glass, and roofing granules.
