It is based on MDI with 100% solid content and high standard quality control of polyether raw material and additives material for binder's intensity, life time, smell ,color and UV resistance characteristics. The defined viscosity of PU binder effects an excellent mixing with rubber granules while where is hardly any run off from the granules. Another characteristic is the suitable curing time and therefore application time allowing day construction joints to be easily and correctly done . The yellowing that occurs when PU binder is exposed to UV-light does not affect its mechanical properties.PU binder is moisture curing .
