Tufflex polyurethane screens come in fully welded, partially welded and rectangular welded variations. The brightly coloured material is lightweight and smooth, which makes it much easier to handle when delivering, storing, installing or removing. Screening innovation in the past has been limited to tweaks and modifications, slightly different apertures or better hooking. The introduction of Tufflex screens a few years ago was akin to the introduction of smartphones versus traditional mobile phones. We never really knew we needed a phone with a camera, a GPS and in-built games, but now its hard to imagine life without one. Just as smartphones cover off the traditional functionality of making phone calls, Tufflex is used for screening product in the quarry market. It offers improved screening efficiency, substantially increased wear life, increased production uptime and occupational health and safety (OHS) benefits due to its light weight and flexibility. While there are a set range of apertures (1.5mm to 45mm square) to choose from, the Tufflex process has great flexibility in manufacturing unique aperture combinations to rope diameters and aperture slot lengths. For example, in some quarry plants in Japan, a 14 aperture screen is used as the bottom deck for their No. 5 spec (20mm to 13mm) or the top deck for the No. 6 spec. The Tufflex specification is an 8mm rope on top and a 6mm rope from hook to hook, a combination not available in traditional woven wire. Long-slotted apertures, ie 8 x 340mm, are used in some side-tensioned equipment where flexibility of the screening surface is needed. This type of aperture, while possible to weave in wire, would not have the mechanical stability for a vibrating application, whereas Tufflex screens were developed with this in mind. These larger configurations can also be used as an alternative to harp/piano screens.

The guar split will be fed in to the pneumatic system to feed in to the turbo screen. The turbo screen is suggested at the high of plant. The screening will be employed for the removal of foreign matter. This screened material will be stored in a storage hopper. The guar splits will fall from the screens by gravity to the storage hopper, which is configured below the screen. From storage hopper material can be taken in to double cone mixer as and when required by gravity for the rehydrating of guar splits. All the rehydrated guar split will be sent to the hopper of Flakers at a time by gravity. Flakers will crush the guar splits and crushed guar splits will go into the ultrafine grinder at the uniform rate. Ultrafine grinder is proposed for the grinding of crushed guar splits. This grinder has ability to grind the material without generating too much heat. Material will be fed into the dryer. Oil will be the media to convey the heat and deliver to the air. This hot air will take the material into the dryer line where actual drying will take place. Attached cyclone system will separate the material and hot air. To heat the oil Thermal boiler will be used. The material will be screened through centrifugal screen. Material passing through the screen will be again screened through turbo screens as additional control. This material will be sold as a premium product. Oversize of the centrifugal screen will be screened through turbo screen to separate another grade in terms of particle size followed by additional screening. The oversize will be screened through another turbo screen to separate another grade. Oversize will be passed through another grinder. The material will be passed through another screen. Oversize will be recycled to the same grinder. Final material coming out from all the screens will be sent separately by gravity in to the Nauta mixer for the blending and to make a uniform lot. The products will be tested and packed. The plant can be operated by 2 skill workers in a shift. The loading/unloading and the packing of the final product can be done on contract basis.

Guar meal is a highest protein containing animal feed in its group. It is having up to 50% of protein with a high digesting content, which improves digesting system of cows or buffaloes. As it is very high in protein it gives extra fat in its milk and also increases the quantity of milk. The by product of Guar Gum industry consisting of the guar germ material is called guar meal 50%. The Guar meal 50 after gum Extraction is a potential source of protein and contains about 50% crude protein which is two times more than the level of protein in guar seed. The protein content in guar meal 50% is well comparable with Corn Gluten Meal.
