Buyer issues ICPO together with TSA (Tank Storage Agreement) for Sellerâ??s view and verification. 2. Seller issues commercial invoice (CI) and injection programming agreement (IPA) for the available quantities on ground to be sold to buyer. 3. Buyer signs and then returns the commercial invoice (CI), buyer and buyerâ??s logistics company sign and endorse the injection programming agreement (IPA) and return to the Seller along with NCNDA/ IMFPA signed by all buyer groups with commission structures. 4. Upon receiving the above mentioned documents, seller also signs and seals the documents and with send them to the Buyer along with the following PPOP documents: - (Three) 3 days unconditional dip test authorization (DTA) - Fresh SGS report inspected - Reservoir storage receipt with GPS coordinates - Authorization to verify (ATV) - Injection report - Certificate of origin - Authorization to sell and collect (ATSC) 5. Buyer upon verification and confirmation of the product and the PPOP documents. The Buyer reserves the right to either accepts the provided SGS or order SGS to conduct the dip test in the seller reservoir at buyer expenses. 6. Upon successful dip test, seller commences injection immediately into buyerâ??s tank and issues buyer title of ownership certificate to be followed by all export documentation. 7. Buyer makes payment by MT 103 transfer for the total product and lifts the product and seller pays all intermediary involved in the transaction based on the previously signed NCNDA/IMFPA.
