Nobler Patterned Glass(also called rolled glass, textured glass, figured glass), is manufactured by a special pressing technology. Through pulling and squeezing the molten glass panel between two engraved steel rollers, impressing the different patterns onto glass surface.
Nobler painted glass, also called lacquered glass, is manufactured by top quality float glass, through depositing a highly durable and resistant lacquer onto the smooth glass surface, then baking into the furnace which is constant temperature,permanently bonding the lacquer onto the glass.
Nobler LOW-E Glass(Low Emissivity Glass), is the energy-efficient glass which is coated with one or more layers of metallic oxides and other compounds. It is produced in the vacuum sputtering process. This coating have low thermal conductivity, reduce the heat loss or gain, and manipulate light.
Louver Glass is produced by cutting the glass into required size and polishing or grinding the two long edges. After installation, the louver glass allow ventilation, and it is adjustable without obstructing the view. Fresh air, light and breeze is permitted to pass through the louver glass. The louver glass are installed onto a track, it is tilted open and closed in unison. The louver glass type is comprehensive, such as clear louver glass, tinted louver glass, reflective louver glass, frosted louver glass, LOW-E louver glass, patterned louver glass, laminated louver glass, stopsol clear louver glass, acid etched louver glass and so on.
Nobler Hot Bent Glass, is curved glass. High quality glass is heated to the glass softening point on mental mould, under its gravity and outside force, the glass bent and cool into the required curves in an electric furnace. Compared to normal float glass, curved glass have good performance in aesthetic, cylinder shape, cone shape and other irregular shape can be achieved by hot bent glass. It is wind pressure resistance is also better than other kind glass.
Nobler Heat Soak Glass is manufactured by heat soaking process. After installation, without any apparent cause, tempered glass is broken, called Spontaneous breakage. This is because of the NIS(Nickel Sulphide) contents in the glass.
Digital printing glass is produced with the most advanced technology to heat ceramic ink onto glass surface during the toughening process. Compared to other printing glass, digital printing glass offers more flexibility for designers. Not only different patterns, colorful image and attractive graphics can be printed on glass, even marble and wood grain could appear on glass surface vividly. The ceramic ink is fritted on glass surface and becomes an integral part of glass, then the durability appearance is excellent.
Nobler Ceramic Fritted Glass, by applying the ceramic frit paint on the washed glass surface, with a certain glazing method, the glass enamel fixed on the surface permanently. Ceramic fritted glass contributes to give the building a distinctive appearance with different patterns. It is decorative properties is excellent. But it is easy maintenance, and the ceramic frit is stable. To easy to fade away. It is also resist alkali and acid, is widely used in high-end markets.
Nobler Acid Etched Glass(Anti-fingerprint Glass), also called opaque glass, is produced with hydrofluoric acid on the float glass, to provide a smooth and stain-like decorative surface, which is translucent and matte, and provide obscuration and privacy.
