Cap is made of high-quality carbon steel and the hollow shaft is cast moulding, combining together to ensure its safe and reliable operation. 3. Inside the raw mill, different stages have different lining plate structure, which will greatly improve the grinding efficiency. 4. Main bearings are sliding bearings, which has good strength, ductility, polymerism, anti-frication, abrasion resistance, lubricity and thermal conductivity. It is able to meet the lubricated requirements of the hollow shaft well and easy to change, applying to low speed, heavy load working condition of raw mill.

In order to raise up automation degree, indurstrial tv has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of kiln, analog fluorescent screen has been used for display of process flow; infrared scanning system has been adopted for sintering zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer. With the use of these new technologies, it is directly in vision, convienent in operation and reliable in use. Therefore, the rmalcondition can be raised. Compared to been raised 3-5% up, production has been increased 5-10% and heat consumption has been reduced 15% down. Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials. Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. Metallurgy chemical kiln is used for magnetic roasting of iron ore and oxidizing roasting of chrome and nickel in the steel factory; baking high-alumina mine in the refractory material factory; baking chamotte and alumina in the aluminium factory and baking chrome ore and chrome powder in the chemical plant. Lime kiln is used for baking active lime and dolomite in the steel factory and ferroalloy factory.

The structure of kiln is simple, operate conveniently and reliably in life, less wearing parts, high rate of operation, it is the equipment to calcine high-grade cement in cement plant. Meanwhile, it is also widely used in metallurgical, chemical, construction and other industries. The rotary kiln produced by my company is with strong structure, operation smooth, high-quality products etc and can provide users with advanced high-performance vertical pre-heater, 5 degree cyclone pre-heater. Cement manufacturing consists of raw material grinding, blending, pre-calcining, clinker burning and cement grinding. In short, limestone and other materials containing calcium, silicon, aluminum and iron oxides are crushed and milled into a raw meal. This raw meal is blended and then heated in the pre-heating system to start the dissociation of calcium carbonate to oxide. The meal goes further into the kiln for heating and reaction between calcium oxide and other elements to form calcium silicates and aluminates at t a temperature up to 1450 centidegree: so called clinker burning. The cyclone system is attached to the rotary kiln by a riser duct. Secondary fuel is fed to the riser duct, the main fuel mixture, coal/petcock, fires the kiln. Reaction products leave the kiln as a nodular material called clinker. The clinker will be interground with gypsum and other materials to cement. The equipments we use in this whole production line are vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cement ball mill, lifer, preheating system, cement rotary kiln and packing machine and so on.
