Frozen Fruit Pulp We supply frozen fruit pulp from the state of Para in the northern part of Brazil. The terroir of the Amazon is unique, as is the taste of these fruit pulps. Our portfolio also includes exotic fruits from this region. The fruits used for the pulp are of the highest quality. 1. Ingredients - Whole fruit pulp 2. Packing and Transportation - Primary Packaging: PE+PE laminated film (100g, 500g, or 1Kg) - Secondary Packaging for 4 units of 100g: PE bag - Secondary Packaging for 1.02 Kg: PE bag, cardboard box with 20 units - Tertiary Packaging for 4 units of 100g: Cardboard box with 40 units - Transport: Closed vehicles, free from foreign materials and odors 3. Storage and Shelf Life - Storage: Store at -18C. Once opened, consume on the same day. - Shelf Life: 12 months from the manufacturing date 4. Preparation Suggestion - For juice preparation, add 200 ml of cold or chilled filtered water to every 100g of pulp. Blend in a blender until smooth. 5. Technical Datasheet - Available upon request
Mango pulp 14-16 % Brix Produced by Cold Break Processing. i. Aseptic bag The product is aseptically filled in approximately 210 liters, metallized foil film bags (Good seal) the bags are examined concerning blown bags or any other type of damage. The product is then put into large polyethylene bags. ii. Drums The product is closed well and packed in about 222 kg, clean steel drums, coated by food grade paint. All drums are clean before loading. SHELF LIFE Shelf life is 24 months when kept under proper storage conditions.
