Procedures:
1. Buyer submits LOI.
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer returns signed and stamped FCO.
4. Seller issues Contract with full banking.
5. Buyer and Seller sign and exchange contracts.
6. Buyer's Bank opens Letter of Credit.
7. Shipment commences as per contract
Payment for the Contract quantity: The payment for the Contract quantity will be done at sight by the Buyer through a divisible, irrevocable, revolving and confirmed documentary letter of credit (â??IRCDLC) issued by an International reputable bank acceptable to the Seller. IRCDLC needs to also contain rolls & extensions, and will be valid for at least 12 months. Payment terms for the contract delivery will be as follows: 100% (One Hundred percent) taken from the IRCDLC and paid immediately to the Seller at the delivery of the certificate of weight and quality issued by SGS International (or equivalent) at the plant. Partial shipments allowed.

Product weight & quality the seller guarantees that each shipment of chicken paws shall be provided with an inspection certificate of weight and quality at time of loading at sellers expense.
The buyer shall, if desired, and at his own expense, provide additional inspection at port of loading to confirm loading. If discrepancies should at any time and in particular case result in relation to the inspection certificate(s) issued at the port of loading, it is hereby agreed that arbitration shall be employed to determine the appropriate judgment. Both parties agree to be bound by the arbitrators decision for or against buyer or seller.
Payment terms will vary depending on the purchasing country (china and vietnam have to be 100% upfront).
