The recovery plant is specially designed to recover CO2 from fermentation processes at breweries. This complete CO2 plant was installed in 2001 and it has nominal CO2 removal capacity of 1000 kg/h. The plant has Siemens S 7 control system where operation is carried our via a large 12 " color screen panel with Windows CE operating system. This is a complete CO2 recovery plant and final delivery scope depends on buyers needs. The plant has been in operation only approx 5 years and is still installed and in very good condition. Rotary Lube Blower / Vacuum compressor KAESER EB 420 C û 38 m3/min, 53 kPa There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The hubs are heat treated MEEHANITE hubs made by company SABROE and are equipped with cast iron construction which allows adjustment for blade pitch angle.
