Good condition filtration press made ny German MSE Filterpress GmbH in year 1997. The press has 33 plates of size 630 x 630 mm, cace thickness 25 mm. Includes own hydraulic system and control cabinet.
The equipment is manufactured by German MSE Filterpress GmbH, year 1997. Manufacturer’s type KFP 630-40-25K-MPN+DLMP. Structure is made on normal construction steel, plate size is 630 x 630 mm. The filter plates are pressed with single acting hydraulic cylinder with inbuilt hydraulic pump-motor. Product is fed in a central sludge feed inlet with flange connection and each pressing unit has its own outlet for the liquid filtrate which is them collected in one outlet channel. The cake will be disposed under the press. The unit has its own control panel attached to the equipment.

The blowers are made by German ELMO Vacuum Technology GmbH, a Siemens company in year 2002 and they are single stage, gas ring type. The vacuum pumps are in good operational condition. We have three identical pump units and originally the pumps were in dust suction operation and therefore the delivery includes 3 pcs high efficiency cyclone type dust filter with electric discharge vibrators. Motor speed is controlled with individual inverters. Units can be sold separately.
ELMO-G vacuum pumps can be used for suction operation or as compressors in pneumatic transportation system. They have side-channel principle using gas ring as a sealing and the gas flows through the compressor along a helical trajectory and is repeatedly accelerated and thereby repeatedly compressed according to the required operating point. The blowers are oil-free and thus suitable for various applications. The blowersÆ have both suction and discharge noise silencer. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The rotary blower units have removable sound enclose for noise insulation. Operation of the equipment was stopped in year 2007, total running hours approx 7000 and therefore they are in excellent operational condition. In addition, we can offer you service maintenance by the manufacturer at separate cost.
This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. The Compact Range ensures that all serviceable items are accessed from the front panels of enclosures.
