Dear Valued Customer Tavulomo Coconut Processing Ltd specializes in manufacturing Culinary grade Raw Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). We have direct access to sustainably harvested naturally grown coconuts in the Bua region of Vanua Levu Fiji where our Production Plant is located. We have total traceability on our Virgin Coconut Oil and have documentation to back this up. Daily Production sheets recording all details: Farm Owners name Coconut Supplier name Number of coconuts supplied and rejected and for what reason. Production workers name employed on the day and what job they were doing. Batch numbers and records for each 20 ltr container / 270ml retail glass jar of oil produced. To make our Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) one of the best in the South Pacific we have International Quality Control procedures in place such as: Good Manufacturing Practices Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures Bacteria testing To confirm these standards before any Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is exported we take samples from every 20 ltr container. This is sent to International Testing Company Eurofins NZ Laboratory Services Ltd for bacteria testing to ensure there are none of these bacteria present: Listeria Detection Salonella Detection Yeasts and Moulds Count Escherichia Coli Count. A full set of documentation is available on request. Our Raw Virgin Coconut Oil has a unique flavor, which is only found in the South Pacific and it is achieved by using ONLY fresh, clean coconuts; which are supplied daily. The flavour is smooth mild and clean which makes it enjoyable to eat in a natural form. We acquire this taste by using natural gravity filtration. There are NO harsh chemicals, clays or mechanical cleaning processors involved in the manufacturing/filtering process of Tavulomo Raw Virgin Coconut Oil. At the oil pressing stage, our oil is smelled and taste tasted by two staff members. Oil from the pressing room which doesn’t meet the criteria for smell and taste goes into the soap bucket and is recorded. Throughout the tropical world, it has provided the primary source of fat in the diets of millions of people for generations. It has various applications in food, medicine and industry. Mechanical depanaling/singulation is done with routing, die cutting, and dicing saw methods. However, as the boards get smaller, thinner, flexible, and more sophisticated, those methods produce even more exaggerated mechanical stress to the parts. Large boards with heavy substrates absorb these stresses better, while these methods used on ever-shrinking and complex boards can result in break age. This brings lower throughput, along with the added costs of tooling and waste removal associated with mechanical methods. Increasingly, flexible circuits are found in the PCB industry, and they also present challenges to the old methods. Delicate systems reside on these boards and non-laser methods struggle to cut them without damaging the sensitive circuitry. Getting rid of the cutting flaws of manual cutting, C-CUT or Push cut, it improves product quality and reduces scrap rates. The machine adopts human-machine interface vie Windows XP, which is simple and convenient, able to achieve automatic cutting path correction, edit and modification of high-pixel CCD program, block program and single-step program. The PCB with two interactive plates loading and unloading materials will effectively reduce machine idle time, thus achieve an ideal productivity. With a high-pixel CCD amplification lens, auxiliary demonstration program and editing function, the machine can work more accurately and get sharper graphics. Equipped with automatically mark positioning correction system, the motion path is displayed in real time and traced in an analog way; all in all realize a clear vision. Due to the automatic position correction function, PCB can c ut more accurately. Within the maximum 3mm, the machine can correct the deviated position automatically, therefore lowers the standard for operators to place the plate, in this way to improve work efficiency immensely.
