Mobile impact crushing-screening plant is a new generation solution for quickly changing stone quarries, which is capable to reach up to 400 tph production capacity on a single chassis. Intended specially for soft and middle hard stone types, this equipment gives final gravel and dust product with only single primary impact crusher. By means of feedback conveyor belt, the product that will stay above all product sizes on the uppermost screen layer, will be sent back to the initial stone feeding bunker and crushed again until the desired size is obtained. All parts of the equipment are installed on a same single chassis, giving the ability to transport the equipment with only single truck head.

Vertical Shaft Impact Crushing-Screening Line is a tertiary stage plant, which is used to finalize crushing process to receive much amount of sand size product, which is mostly used in concrete and asphalt batching plants. This line consists of primary loading hopper, which receives and sends the product to the crusher, where crushed product is sent to the vibrating screen, sorted into fractions, and the oversize product sent back to the hopper via feedback conveyor.

Fixed Crushing-Screening & Sand Washing plant is another type of mining equipment solution that is targeted for hard stone types with sandy physical composition like Riverstone, where sand separates from the stone after the crushing process and neeeded to be washed away. After completion of crushing process, the product is sorted into necessary fractions and the smallest size product is sent to the helix/screw sand washer and after to the final stockpile conveyor belt. The process of washing that begins at the vibrating screen with the use of water pump tubes at each layer, continues at the sand washer, therefore sending both sandy water and sorted product to the helix washer. Depending of initial stone size, jaw crusher can be added at the primary stage. In our case, the stone is smaller than 400 mm, therefore we use secondary impact crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher.

500 tph Jaw Crushing Plant is a fixed type primary stage crushing-screening line. Being the largest jaw crusher model in our manufacture, this crusher has a capacity up to 500 tons per hour and input feeding size ability up to 1-meter stone pieces. Being a special project for our customer, primary stage jaw crusher output conveyor goes 40 meters long with a special holding suspension bridge, making a necessary height for the product to be stocked underneath. Later, this gathered product is sent to the secondary stage by tunnel system vibrating feeder.
