We are glad to propose 500 MT of stain less steel mill scale. Mill scale is formed on the outer surfaces during by the hot rolling lamination of stainless-steel products. At a visual inspection the material is a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in colour, but it also contains considerable alloying elements such as chromium and nickel. The recovery ratio after melting in furnace for the most valuable alloy elements is: - Ni: 3.5 - 4.5% - Cr: 6-8% From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the European environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list. In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows: Waste code: 10 02 10 The material is stored on cemented flooring, and it can be loaded loose in tipper trucks or containers. Chemical analysis of the material is available on request.
Cenospheres (aluminosilicate microspheres) are hollow aluminosilicate glass ceramic beads ranging in size from 400-500 microns 20-50mkm (most often from 100 to 250 microns), which are formed during high-temperature combustion of pulverized coal. The chemical composition of the main component of the cenospheres is silicon oxide SiO2 (45-60%), aluminium oxide Al2O3 (15-40%), iron oxide Fe2O3 (1.0-10%), calcium oxide CaO (1.5- 4.5%), potassium oxide K2O (2.0-4.5%) and other certain oxides that make up the balance of the content are typically less than 1.0%. Due to the unique set of physical and chemical characteristics of the cenospheres, they are used in the manufacturing of various composite materials. They are used in solving technical issues that require: reduction in the weight material with a low thermal conductivity, high strength, volume efficiency, increased resistance to erosion and aggressive environments.
We supply Bismuth is a white, crystalline, brittle metal with a pinkish tinge. Bismuth is the most diamagnetic of all metals, and the thermal conductivity is lower than any metal except mercury. It has a high electrical resistance, and has the highest Hall effect of any metal (that is, the greatest increase in electrical resistance when placed in a magnetic field). Bismuth is stable to oxygen and water but dissolves in concentrated nitric air. All bismuth salts form insoluble compounds when put into water. Applications Bismuth metal is used in the manufacture of low melting solders and fusible alloys as well as low toxicity bird shot and fishing sinkers. Certain bismuth compounds are also manufactured and used as pharmaceuticals. Industry makes use of bismuth compounds as catalysts in manifacturing acrylonitrile, the starting material for synthetic fibers and rubbers. Bismuth is sometimes used in the production of shot and shotguns. Bismuth in the environment The most important ores of bismuth are bismuthimite and bismite. Bismuth occurs naturally as the metal itself and is found as crystals in the sulphides ores of nickel, cobalt, silver and tin. Bismuth is mainly produced as a by-product from lead and copper smelting, especially in USA. The chief areas where it is mined are Bolivia, Peru', Japan, Mexico and Canada, but only to the extent of 3.000 tonnes per year. There is no reliable estimate of how much bismuth is available to be mined, but it seems unlikely than there will ever be a shortage of this metal.
Mill scale, is formed on the outer surfaces of plates, sheets or profiles when they are being produced by rolling hot iron or steel billets in rolling or steel mills. It looks like a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in color. Being produced during the reheating, conditioning and hot rolling operation for the production of steel articles, the mill scale initially adheres to the steel surface and protects it from atmospheric corrosion, provided no break occurs in this coating. From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the european environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows: Einecs (european commission no.): 266-007-8 Waste code: 10 02 10 Basel code: b 12 30 Hs code: 2619.00

Lithium ore IN NATURA for lithium carbonate > Lithium hydroxide > Lithium spodumene The price for lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide is index SMM minus 5%. Depending on the quantity per month in (MT) tons, the commission can be negotiated can be negotiated with the supplier, origin from Brazil The producer processes the extracted rock into sand for further processing. The quality then corresponds to 99.92 technical or 99.95 battery quality after further processing 99.95 battery quality. Lithium carbonate is supplied in these grades. Lithium hydroxide will reach 56%. Delivery as containerized goods Prices are CIF, require port of destination where the goods are to be delivered to - Buyer specifies quantities - Price renegotiation possible depending on quantity - need concrete information from the buyer about quantity - term of the supply contract, etc. - All questions will be answered by the manufacturer - Please submit your request or questions in writing - Link to the video of one of the manufacturer's stockpiles Offer on lithium (oxide + carbonate) IN NATURA: (the material is considered one of the best in the world!). It is not processed lithium carbonate... it is IN NATURA. 1) CONTENT: Li2CO3: 50-53% / Li2O: 2.0-2.5% / lithium silicate 46-48% (in this lithium silicate there are microparticles of spodumene and other microparticles). 2) GRANULOMETRY: 1.0-100mm (exactly as shown in the video). - QUANTITY: 50.000 - 55.000 MT PER MONTH (X12 MONTHS) - PRICE AND INCOTERM: ca. USD/TON CIF - Destination / Port? - TERMS OF PAYMENT: > Payment with LC: 30% upon order placement before loading, 70% in port before export > Payment with SBLC: also possible with TOP Bank positive credit report NATURA / raw product (ore) = the buyer processes it directly into the desired end product(s), e.g. lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, lithium spodumene For larger quantities of lithium ore, the buyer additionally filters out the microparticles of spodumene and other microparticles via his equipment and thus generates a greater profit through additional end products. Minimum purchase per month = 50 MT Info: the formula states that 1 ton yields 500 kg of end product plus rare earths Annual contract possible, price agreement possible directly with the owner / geologist for corresponding purchase quantities. Basic condition is NCNDA, LOI with quantity specification, desired term/delivery contract
