It will be necessary to locate and mark the vertical position of the galvanized c profiles prior to installation. * Galvanized c profiles are fixed to the masonry with 6* 80 mm. coarse thread screw. We recommend at least 400 mm centre space between two galvanized c profiles. * The starting, bottom, inside out side corners and H type of trims are fixed accordingly, * If the slatpanel needs to be cut to size - cut the panels face down with a circular saw. Use a sharp blade with at least 60-80 teeth. * Slatpanels can be screwed directly with 3,9* 16 mm. drill bited screw into the newly installed galvanized c profiles starting from top to bottom for the completion of the work. * CEBECI's PVC Slatpanel systems are quick and easy to install and are ideal for exhibit displays. * It is at least 5 times lighter than most conventional MDF slatwall exhibit systems and can easily be handled by one person, so there is no need for expensive fork lift installations.
