The pipe, bent in several planes on a CNC mandrel pipe bender, has a complex shape that allows the product to be operated in the most difficult and harsh conditions.
Increased corrosion and wear resistance of the pipe structure is achieved thanks to the application of powder polyethylene thermoplastic paint. The service life of thermoplastic paint without change in color and structure is at least 25 years (as stated by the Stockholm Corrosion Institute).
The wood is impregnated with a semi-matte transparent varnish antiseptic and varnish in two layers ("Renner" Italy). This is a high-quality finish with a light gloss, designed for smooth wooden surfaces and joinery. Excellent coating, both decorative and protective. Prevents the appearance of cracks, swelling and peeling. Ideal for garden tools. The coating has natural wood colors with an attractive light sheen. Forms a transparent, microporous coating that allows wood to "breathe". It has water-repellent properties, protects the wood from UV rays. Contains fungicidal and anti-anxiety additives.

DRALON is a trade name for polyacrylonitrile fiber (LAM) coated with Teflon. Fabrics made from DRALON fiber are very durable, even after many years of use they do not fade, and guarantee strength and durability. Thanks to the Teflon coating, the fabric is very easy to care for. The dirty surface is easy to clean; the Teflon coating lasts up to three washes. The fabric dries quickly.
Base: reinforced structure pipe 57*1.5 mm, painted with polyethylene thermoplastic paint followed by polymerization in a painting booth, which guarantees excellent durability of the coating.
