GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users of AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current 5000A power distribution system, as power, lighting and distribution equipment for energy conversion, distribution and control.
The product has the characteristics of high breaking ability, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as the re placement of low-voltage switchgear.
GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet conforms to IEC439 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment",GB7251 "low-voltage switchgear" and other standards.
GKG-12/630 Overview of solid insulated switchgear (Miniaturized mining switchgear) :
It is a new type of power distribution equipment which integrates three technologies of external solid seal, insulated bus bar and miniaturization of combined unit. The switch and high-voltage live parts are cast with epoxy resin as a whole, and epoxy resin solid seal is used as the insulation of live body to ground and phase to phase. Solid insulated ring cabinet does not discharge any toxic substances, no gas leakage explosion and internal arc of the hidden danger, with high insulation performance, high overall strength, maintenance-free and so on. Technical requirement
1.General requirement
1.1The switchgear shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the designated inspection unit.
1.2In addition to meeting the technical conditions, it should also meet the provisions of GB/T12173-2008 standard.
2.Environmental condition
The switchgear shall work normally under the following conditions:
a)Altitude: 1000m;
b)Ambient temperature: -20 ~40 ;
c) Relative humidity: 95%;
d) In a gas or steam environment without damaging insulation;
3 .Shell
3.1Material
The shell of the switch cabinet is made of 2.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate.
3.2intensity
The material of the switch cabinet shell conforms to the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 Chapter 8, and shall withstand the impact strength impact test of 1kg/7J.
3.3Class of protection
The protection capacity of the switch cabinet housing should comply with the provisions of GB3836.3-2010 Article 4.9, and the protection capacity should not be less than IP43.
Use and scope of application
