ZSJ/ZXJ Type Drilling Jar (hydraulic-mechanically)
The drilling jar which is connected with drill tool and worked with drill string is a downhole stuck freeing tool in drilling operation .It is a first selected tool for directional well,complicated well and deep well.The drilling jar is consisting of ZSJ type drilling up jar and ZXJ type drilling down jar,both they can be used mutually or operated separately .The up jarring section takes use of hydraulic mechanism,the jarring force can be adjusted according to up elevating load but can not exceed the max.load for tool load rated .The down jarring section takes use of mechanical friction mechanism, the jarring force is well preadjusted by adjusting device before put into downhole.No re-adjustment can be allowed after jar is put into downhole.
Drill Collar is the basic component in the BHA which provides weight on the bit for drilling and keeps the drill string in tension.Manufactured from AISI 4145H modified quenched and tempered steel.
Kelly is the drive part of whole drill stem, it has two types, square kelly and hexagonal kelly and all of them are manufactured comfort to API Spec7-1 and SY/T6509-2000 criterion.
Our Square& Hexagonal kelly are made from AISI 4145H modified alloy bars that are quenched and tempered full length. After such heat treatment, its brinell hardness can reach 285-341. Kelly's end, drive cross-section and joint are all processed and tested comform to API criterion.

Casing cup tester is designed to be attached to the drill string and then lowered into the casing beneath the wellhead to pressure test the blowout preventer stack and the wellhead. When the cup tester is lowered into the casing beneath the wellhead, pressure is applied to either a test pump, or by hoisting type cup after filling the hookup with water. The latter method is fast and accurate. The cup tester assemblies are rated to the API standard mill test pressure for casing sizes up to 10,000 psi. Special reinforcing can be offered on all cup sizes and casing weight ranges to hold up to 15,000 psi.

XQ series of hydraulic power tongs have inner cam rolling-up clamping mechanism, with a hydraulic backup tong. It is an ideal tool for makeup or breakout of various of tubings, and small sizes of casings and drill pipes in workover operation. Ucker rod centralizer used in pumping well, it's a tool which can set upright the sucker rod, and protect the sucker rod wiping with tubing pipe, we can product wheel centralizer, rod shaped centralizer, twist centralizer.
Operational principle:
1. Wheel centralizer: When the sucker rod works the wheel rolls on tubing inside. It can avoid the sucker rod to rub with the tubing pipe.
2. Rod shaped centralizer: When the sucker rods work, nylon block touches the tubing inside, it can avoid the sucker rod to rub with the tubing pipe. The nylon block can rotate, then the rub is even wear. The user only change the nylon block replace rod body, can save fabrication-cost.
3. Twist centralizer: Cost of it is low, operate easily.
