Smart Morta Care is a chemical admixture which is added to concrete
mixtures to improve work ability and strength by helping the cement to react and cure
completely. Unless the mixture is â??starvedâ?? of water, the strength of concrete is inversely
proportional to the amount of water added or water-cement (w/c) ratio. In order to produce
stronger concrete, less water is to be added, which makes the concrete mixture less workable and difficult to mix, necessitating the use of Smart Morta Care for good work ability.

sodium lignosulfonate superplasticizer are surfactants. After they are added to concrete, the hydrophobic groups are directionally adsorbed on the surface of cement particles, so that the cement has a negative charge. The cement particles with the same charge are mutually repulsed and dispersed under the action of charge repulsion. The flocculent structure formed by the cement at the initial stage of adding water becomes a dispersed structure, and the free water in the flocculent condensate is released, so as to achieve the purpose of water reducing agent.
Therefore, adding wood calcium superplasticizer into concrete can reduce the water consumption of concrete mixture, reduce water cement ratio, improve workability, facilitate pumping and improve the strength, compactness and durability of concrete

Csa binder is a hydraulic binder based on sulfo-aluminate cement, rather than calcium aluminates which are the basis of calcium aluminate cement (fondu cement) or calcium silicates which are the basis of portland cement. Surface Preparation and Application
Before applying wall putty makes sure that the surface is free from dust or not, if not make it dust free. Also make sure that it is free from any type of fungus, greases, bitumen, and any kind of release agents, moss, paints, oils, loose particles or any kind of coating. Make sure that the surface should be free from all the above mentioned impurities otherwise it affects the workability of wall putty.
Before applying make sure that the surface where the putty is supposed to be applied should be pre-wetted. This will helps you to provide a very strong bond with the substrate.
Its better to apply at least two coats of Addage Wall Putty on plastered surface of wall (Each coat should be Max 1.5 mm of total thickness).
