It can be applied directly over the substrate or in combination with Polyplast fine depending upon surface condition. Polyplast coarse is applicable to most fairface surfaces such as concrete, plasterboard walls and ceilings, brick or block work, chipboard etc.nterior. The product is based on Plasticized acrylic copolymer emulsion,chick grits & appropriate biocide to resist fungal & bacterial attack. Polyplast coarse provides good resistance under hot & humid condition & can cover fine hair line cracks & other surface imperfections to produce a smooth & leveled surface for over coat.. The product is used for surfaces which require heavy filling and leveling prior to fine filling with polyplast fine.
Polyplast Engrave is a pure acrylic based engrave effect exterior finish which can be applied straight to most fairface surfaces such as concrete, plaster, brickwork. Formulation contains exterior durable pure acrylic emulsion, weather resistant pigments, quartz & marble granules & combination of special biocides. The product is resistant to UV radiation, alkaline hydrolysis, efflorescence & fungus/algae growth. On full curing Polyplast Engrave forms a breathable & flexible flim thus imparting anti carbonation property with minor crack bridging ability. Overcoating the film with a thinned coat of Polyshield smooth would enhance the esthatics as well as functional properties (like UV resistance, dust repellency) of the film. The product is particularly suitable for exterior application but is equally effective for interior.
